Ms. Newmark is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney.  She was awarded a Juris Doctorate in 1998 from Seton Hall University School of Law and is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, State of New York, and the New Jersey District Court.

Ms. Newmark has completed the American Bar Association Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute in Houston, Texas.

Ms. Newmark is a member of Morris County and Essex County Bar Associations.  She is also a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and a member of District X Ethics Committee, Morris/Sussex County Vicinage.

Ms. Newmark has served as a panelist for the Morris County and Passaic County Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel Mediation Program. She has also been appointed by the Superior Court of New Jersey as a Guardian Ad Litem, to protect the interests of minors during matrimonial litigation and in litigation involving the Division of Youth and Family Services.  Ms. Newmark has also been appointed by the Superior Court of New Jersey as a Discovery Master in complex matrimonial litigation.
