Mr. Simeone was awarded a Juris Doctor in 1994 from Seton Hall University and has been designated by the New Jersey Supreme Court as being a Certified Matrimonial Law Attorney.

He is admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars, and to the New Jersey District Court Bar. He has been admitted Pro Hac Vice to the 15th Circuit Court of Florida (Palm Beach County), and the Court of Common Pleas of Pennsylvania (Montgomery County). He is a member of the Family Law Committee of the Morris County Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He served on the Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Section in 1999-2000. He also served on the Subcommittee on Domestic Violence in 1999-2000. He is a Barrister of the New Jersey Family Inns of Court.

Mr. Simeone has lectured for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Education and the American Trial Lawyers' Association, and is a member of the faculty of the Trial Advocacy Institute of the Family Law Section of the American Bar Association. He currently serves as the Chairman for the American Trial Lawyers' Association Matrimonial Section.

He is author of Suffer the Children, 1997 N.J.F.L. (May/June 1997), and was the Co-Text Editor for Skoloff & Cutler, New Jersey Family Law Practice, N.J., I.C.L.E., 9th Ed., 1999 and author of the custody chapter of the 11th edition, 2003.
